.- Gifting can be done especially at all Chennai alone. Few Mithais can be sent as gifts within Chennai, this attribute of certain products will be prominently displayed along with the product information on the relevant page. Similarly, Bouquets sent anywhere within Chennai. Apart from few of these exceptional products most of them can be either bought online or can be delivered as gift depending upon your choice and preferences.
3. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
- After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.
4. Can I send some message with the gift?

5. The order has not been delivered on time?
- Flowers/Flower hampers and Cream Cakes can be delivered within 24 hours as per the City list mentioned. Other Gifts sent through courier are delivered as per the transit time mentioned.

Answer : Yes, we do have our own Flower Shop at Chennai
8. Do you attach Greeting message with the flowers and gifts?
Answer: Yes, we do. You will find space in the order form to write greeting message. We take effort to print/handwrite the message and put into greetings card and attach with the flowers and gifts.
9. Do you guarantee fresh flowers?
Answer: Yes, we do. There is arrival of flowers everyday morning from Hosur and Ooty.
10. Do you have any extra delivery charges?
Answer: Price given for the flowers, cakes and gifts in the site does not carry extra delivery charges. We have to ask for extra delivery charges if the delivery destinations are out of City limits or if customer has a preference of delivery timings.
11. Do you take customized order?
Answer: Yes, We do take customized orders. Please write mail to email@example.com with your requested details.
12. What if the receiver is not at the address?
Answer: We generally contact the receiver keeping the gifts and senders name as surprise. We deliver as per availability and advice of receiver.
13. Do you courier the gifts or it is hand delivered?
Answer: As we are florists based in Chennai with our own flower shop, we organize hand delivery within Chennai. Out side of Chennai, we have franchisee outlets in major towns in Tamilnadu for hand delivery. In some cases, we have to courier the gift articles to out bound cities as specific gift articles are sometimes not available in the said destination.

Answer: We take payment in terms of Cash and Cheque at shop and for Online orders; we accept payment through All [National & International] Credit Cards, Indian Debit Cards, Net-Banking , Western Union Money Transfer and PayPal.
